The Mexican Air Force used to use 4 or 5 of these. They have since retired them in favor of CH-53's. I think now the only ones using them in North America are a Canadian company. 2r1c, the Mi-12 hasn't been in service for decades.

not really the mi-12 is 37m long where this is 40m the rotor diameter of mi-12 is 35m and halo is 32m but nobody uses the mi-12 its a relic in a museum now so that makes this the current largest helicopter the mi-12 is literally 3m wider and 4m taller but being such huge aircraft its not that much and like i said this is longer.
