If you think about it, Blackwolfe is sort of like Saruman from the Lord of the Rings. Saruman used eugenics (a science focused on "racial" purity) to breed the Uruk Hai, and Blackwolfe uses technology in the form of Nazi propaganda to inspire his troops.

Thank you for admitting that. I too have noticed that after watching several of Bakshi's films. His movies never stay focused on the plot. There are always scenes where is does nothing to help construct the main plot. But I still enjoy Bakshi's movies. He is very creative, but maybe a little TOO creative at times.
