Here's how you kill that thing in under 6 min-

Get a vs suit the second u get over there- max out the Gatling gun ammo and then grab the bs shotgun...just shoot the shit out of it- and bring a hand cannon for the inside part

@darcchen This is a BOSS CO OP DEMO. There's different ways you can approach the monster. You can go inside of it and attack, you can get in a mech and fight, or be like the guy in the video and just run in circles shooting it.

There's more to this game than running around killing giant monsters. There's also multiplayer with several different modes.

I could go on, but I don't feel like I should have to explain the game when you can read (I hope) the title.

@knl143 Sorry to reply on such an old comment but yes Lost Planet 2 will have a local co-op when released. This has already been confirmed by producer Jun Takeuchi. The mode is said to be similar to Capcoms Resident Evil 5. One player on upper left, while the other on the lower right, with both screens maintaining their aspect ratios. This information got me excited even more for the game. I will definately play online, but nothing like having ur buddy in real life help u whoop some akrid ass xD

Ok answers to a few questions.

Its a co-op demo, hes just playing alone, rest assure it can be played online not split screen.

T-energy is used to heal yourself when you get...lets say, kicked by a giant salamander. Hold start to burn up some energy and heal yourself to full health (also used for energy weapons). Free aim isn't bad when you're shooting at something that big. Its kinda hard, but if you pick up big weps and aim true, nothing is too hard for good old projectile explosives.

ya same. i was shotting at it while it was in very low health and the tail split. it must be like shooting the leg, if u shoot it long enough it somes off.
