Well this is a form of healing. Of spiritual power. And the spiritual world works through energies. Evil or good forces will come to you when you open yourself to them. Therefore using energy/power with other source than the one who gave His apostles the healing power (Jesus) is wrong.You using your own energy/power wich is self worship and anything God is against. He doesn´t want everybody to act like they are magicians or gods, He wants you to heal through His authority. Wich you have to get.

I'm not trying to disprove what you're saying, but personally, as someone who doesn't follow any religion, yet who doesn't scorn them, I don't necessarily believe using someone's energy to heal them is divine. But the perspective is all in the eye of the beholder. You have your beliefs, and I have mine. I won't say anything more than that.

True, I am simply stating what my faith teaches me. And I try to warn against practices like these wich could badly influence someone in the long term. Without them knowing/noticing it right away. Just trying to say, be careful and responsible for dong things like these and carry the consequences. I would never experiment with something before knowing exactly what it means or could do. And never when I hear there could be danger invovled. You still believe and do what you do and that is fine.

He only warned us to be carefull with things that could have negative consequences. Just like a parent would with their kid.
