Unless you have over 1 million video views and are getting subscribers everyday about 10 or twenty wait till you have about 400 subs they may accept you but it wont be for money prob it will be like they will make you a partner and will give you backgrounds and special privileges
No dont apply you definelty need at least 650 Subscribers. Plus if you make apply and dont make it and Make a HUGE video that get tons of views and you get more subs....you wont be able to apply for 2 months. So just wait

you need at least 200 subss and an average of atleast 1000 views per video and no music you didnt make on any video to even be considered
