The song that she's singing at the end is called, "Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay" by Otis Redding. It's an "oldie, but a goodie." It may have been remade, or remixed by different groups, but I'm not sure of this.

Pearl Jam may have remized it, but nobody sings it like Otis does. Anyway, I'm a huge fan of songs, and lyrics from the sixties, and the seventies (1960 - 1970); however, I like all types of music too.
