I agree but what makes it even worse was that J.K. Rowling said that she killed him and Tonks to show the sort of relationship between Teddy and Harry. She said that she had always planned on a couple having a son, harry becomes the Godfather, and then they were going to die in teh battle at hogwarts but unfortunately she had to chose Lupin and Tonks.

There are two books Jame Potter and the Hall of Elders' Crossing, and the second is James Potter and the Curse of the Gatekeeper. oh my god...when fred died, i had to put the book down cuz i was crying so much. and when dobby died i bawled for an hour. i also started crying when harry was walking to the forest and he was just going to give himself up and die. i don't think i've ever cried that much in the span of 12 hours before.

the american cover makes perfect sense. when harry and voldermort were in the great hall the sun had just risen into the sky and that's why the ceiling of the great hall is orange....because of the charm on it. and all the "shawdows" watching was everyone

I was Snape's girl through and through myself, so it was quite a blow, but I was expecting it. The pain of his death was almost made up for by the extremely lovely chapter "The Prince's Tale". <3 Good stuff. I also loved how Harry accepted Snape at the end and knew that he was a very brave man.

I still can't believe i fell for Snape, before i read the book i HATED Snape, but now i love him, and when Percy redeemed himself, he did it in such a way that i wanted to just run up and hug him! And omg, when hermione kissed ron, and harry said the best line, "OI! There's a war going on!" LOL! I laughed so hard. But the epilogue the ending, it really hurt. I've been so depressed ever since i finished the book, i mean seriously. I won't read fanfiction or do anything.

In the "Prince's Tale", I was shocked! I couldn't believe that Lily and Severus were best friends. I felt so bad for them when they had the falling out. And Fred's death literally stopped me from reading the book for 2 minutes. I just couldn't comprehend that he died. R.I.P. Fred Weasley!

I actually didn't cry during the 7th book. I alomst did a few times. After I finished the 7th book I wached CoS and it was wierd 'cause a lot of characters in the begining end up dying. I am so sad that Lupin died but I wasn't as sad as I thought I'd be. I figured I'd cry but I guess since she didn't go into detail about his death I didn't. I finished the book in about 47 hours, including the time I was working and sleeping. Does anyone have JK's E-mail address?

I loved the book, so sad that its over; I have been waiting to hear this final story for nearly half my life! The only thing that I wasnt happy with in the book was the very end epilogue. I wish i could have heard more about what had happened with the other characters as well as the main 3. Especially George now that Fred is dead :-(. And of course, all the other characters from the DA and the OoTP.
