Here are some answers to some common questions on here:

I used a program called Yoics with an Xbox Live Vision camera, which would record clips whenever there's motion.

Although he didn't steal the server it was plugged into, it wouldn't have mattered because the video was automatically uploaded to YouTube.

For those concerned about privacy, his name, information, crimes and the picture I used were all uploaded to the jail website and made public. And I personally don't care about his privacy.

Those things are alot less expensive than they used to be. If you go to someplace like geeks.com, or compusa online, you can pick up an entire system of like, 5 cameras (that even work in the dark) for about $300, including the main unit, with hard drive.

They're functional 24/7 (if you want them to be) but they have motion detectors, and only record if something moves.Otherwise, you would have to look at video of your couch for 3 hours, until you caught the event.

"Free bail" is called released in your own recognizance, and you get an appearance ticket.

Residential burglary is not like shoplifting, or even breaking into a business, it's considered a violent felony.
