Can some one clear this up for me? I don't understand why the land belongs to Israel. Is it cuz their god told them so? What does the Palestinian god have to say about that? I'm confused...
1) Judaism came before Christianity and Islam...thus, common sense dictates since the original inhabitants of Canaan are now extinct, the land belongs to the Jewish nation.
2) Britain acquired the land after the breakup of the Ottoman Empire following WWI as spoils of war. Thus, as just about every country in existence today was previously inhabited by other peoples and which rule was later changed due in most cases to spoils of war, Britain had every legal right to do what it did.

1) Judaism came before Christianity and Islam...thus, common sense dictates since the original inhabitants of Canaan are now extinct, the land belongs to the Jewish nation.
2) Britain acquired the land after the breakup of the Ottoman Empire following WWI as spoils of war. Thus, as just about every country in existence today was previously inhabited by other peoples and which rule was later changed due in most cases to spoils of war, Britain had every legal right to do what it did.

I am saying exactly the opposite
the land isn't theirs anymore many say itwas stolen many say it was not .i dont even wan't to get in to that argument because it will never end,what i am saying is that arabs always attacking civillians using suicide bombers and rockets...what do they exepect that will happen?do they expect of israel to not do nothing? or they expect of us to surrender and give them back all of our property?What is the goals of their terror acts?How can they be justified?

@vitalodion: You don't make sense && you heavily contradict yourself. You yourself have admitted that Israel was built on Terror NOW why do you continously defend it? Why? When you know it's caused such a humanitarian diaspora for the Palestinians! When you know it killed && massacred thousands including vulnerable children. When it stole the homes of Palestinians && claimed them to be theirs'! When it built Aparthied Walls to separate the Palestinian famillies! && Much much more! Then WHY?

your last comment was something about why i defend israel even tho it was built on terror right?very simple.mabe israel was founded by terror and many people had died and all that but still there is nothing that you or me can do about it,we cannot change the past noi matter who is right and who is wrong,and many muslims try to change the unchangeable and by that hurt many innocent people which have nothing to do with it all

@vitalodion: It's not about what happened in the PAST, it's about the current Palestinians who want their homeland back, who don't want to be attacked && kicked out of their homes, who don't want to be restricted via land, air && sea, who want to simply live their lives! Yet you're telling me to forget the PAST? Even if we forget the Past then what about the Present? Isn't the IDF - the Killing Machine still working away? YES it sure is! Maybe if you were a Palestinian you'd understand!

Pakistan wasn't built off stolen land belonging to a different population, neither was it backed-up by America, neither did it expel a complete race out of their own land being guilty of genocide, neither does it control the affairs of India && restrict its borders keeping it in complete isolation from the rest of the world && much much more. An unfair division was made giving Muslims a state to migrate to, it was no more than religious communities separating.

@ Thewageofsin: The British made an unfair division. Division between the Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus && other Religious Minorities. Division between Blood && Kin. Division between humanity. The British were forced to leave India bringing an end to their reign, && left behind them a great deal of hatred && conflict between the different communities, thus "love for UK" is something on the contrary to actually exist, but you can believe in to keep yourself happy. Fine by me.

The British charter was to divide the general landscape in two as a division after the breakup of the Ottoman Empire - the Palestinians got what was then Transjordan (which is now still about 60% Palestinian) as a Palestinian homeland and the Jews got Israel. Simple.

If you're on the subject about conquering and occupying other lands inhabited by indigenous people (or as some call it 'stealing') than the Crusades is a good starting point in relation to a widespread Muslim occupation that in many cases still exists until today.
