I have FMS, as does my mother, my uncle, my cousins, and my 4 year-old daughter. Including us, there are thousands whom have recovered & have discontinued all other prescription drugs. The Guaifenesin Protocol will probably NEVER be "proven" to reverse FMS. It is a generic dirt cheap drug with no side effects. It is the drug companies' worst nightmare! There will be no Multi-million dollar double-blind study to prove this treatment works. Investors would never see a return.
I have suffered from fibromyaliga since I was a child due to child abuse. I did a lot of research on the subject. I made a video on: Healing the Mind Body Connection.m4v Healing an injured mind-body connection. Five things I've learned about fibromyaligia, chronic myofasial pain, post traumatic stress, the brain, mindfulness and mind-sight.

I am starting a channel to bring people with&without illness together so they can help eachother and share experiences, also i want to show that you can be positive even if you are disabled, life is tough when you are ill. Youtube helps me connect to the world as i cant go out and do much for myself but theres so much negativety and arguing. I would like to make people laugh and raise awareness about the hardships of disability&bring people together, i can speak personally about fibromyalgia.
The simple test for Candida overgrowth is the "spit test" look it up on Google...the other good news is there is one friendly bacteria, lab tested, that will bring the overgrowth under control! I will be happy to refer anyone interested to the online site to purchase it...
I encourage all those that suffer from this condition to check themselves for Candida overgrowth of the intestinal tract. There is apparently a strong connection between the overgrowth and all of the symptoms listed in addition to the overgrowth being a cause of colon cancer, I know because it happened to me...June 2005 and I am here today without chemo!
From my experience and the experiences of my friends that suffer from Fibro is that we are all in more pain in the heat, especially the summer's heat and humidity. The fall is usually pretty good for us, the winter is better than summer and spring. When the outdoor temps get to 80 or above, we're all usually in the a/c.
I am still suffering. It only makes it worse when people dont understand and say it is all in your head..Its not all in my head. This pain is real, everyday and night.
I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the care of medical profession to discover the cause and cure of this horrific condition, and I understand this condition from the inside and back out again. This is a good description of symptoms. Symptoms can often be mistaken for the cause, and treatments that help do not cure. Do not give up from failed hope. Keep going! See video:
Fibromyalgia is like no other condition. Please do not give up if you have this horrible illness. There is a cause and a cure. I know because I am a recovered fibromyalic who understands this condition from the inside and back out again. Do not give up from failed hope. Keep going, and you can cure this condition and take back your life. Valerie Lumley, Recovered Fibromyalgic and author of "Curing Chronic Fibromyalgia - Choosing Works"
There is this other guy Alex Chiu with his Immortality Rings, he treated lots of fybro myalgia cases. I had his Immortality Rings on and it certainly did help my pain a lot.
i....i just dont know what to say i have had plantarfaciitus but i cant even imagine the pain you guys go through....god bless and please stay well and hang on for a cure
actually, heat HELPS fibro patients...unless you have rheumatoid arthritis. The COLD usually makes us worse. Not the heat. You should probably correct that.
Wow.. great video. I am recently diagnosed... and as I was watching, I realized that several of issues I have been concerned about (heat intolerance, tingling, PMS, etc) are shared with other Fibromyalgia sufferers, and that helps a lot, knowing that these things are not just me, but that I am not alone.
God bless you!!!!! We are in the terrible winter months and I cannot tell anyone how much it helps to know that someone else understands chronic pain. God bless! Stay strong! Stay warm!
I was only recently diagnosed, but I've lived with for 13 yrs, since I was 14. I'd gotten used to being in pain constantly & for many years, gave up pursuit of an answer; a cause. A friend of mine who's a nurse suggested it could be Fibro. Made a Dr appt & found out I had 15/18 tender points. I was actually very surprised by this - I had no idea they were there; that they hurt. It was an eye opener.
I have it too, and my symptoms, in order of frequency:
-chronic, migrating, varying pain (shooting, stabbing, pulsing, radiating, burning nerve and muscle pain. Also muscle twitching and fatigue.
- Sleep disorder / sleep apnea
- Joint pain
- Chronic fatigue. Some days are worse than others -- some I can barely keep my eyes open at work, others I make it home and struggle to get off the couch the rest of the night.
I have Fibromyalgia. Every day is a new adventure in pain. One day the pain is in the form of migraines, another day back pain, another knee pain, another arm pain, another severe muscle spasms, esp. trapezius. Yes, it's a daily adventure because the pain always changes, so there's no controlling it!
Manic depression and brain dysrhythmia are some of diagnoses I had from my doctors. But I found out that I have fybromyalgia, I'm using a combination of Epival ER, a very low dose of lithium (checking blood levels), TRYPTOPHANE, CALCIUM and Centrum Performance. Now I'm 90% better. Of course this is not a prescription but I can't keep it to myself.
i'm so sorry that you have to go through something like that. the govt really needs to get out of the business of medicine and let science work what they have. i hope that the future can bring great developments, at least we can have hope.
These statistics are so earth shattering. I can relate to over half of them for I too have Fibromyalgia. Please help us learn about this disease and understand us.
