@DodgerInPA Scott brought the megaphone/siren with him from his awesome days with STP. He still uses the megaphone on certain songs to give his voice the distorted, extra loud effect that it has on the recorded song. The siren just started showing up in the late 90s at the end of Sex Type Thing, (which is usually what STP would close with). I believe that because the sound of a siren is alarming, Scott employs it to get the attention of everyone at the end.
