  • ...try a paradiddle RLRRLRLL.

  • no pasa nada con este pata, eso lo hace hasta mi sobrinito jajajaja!!!

  • is Zildjian ZXT can easily crack?

  • good job i also like to play this song on my drums very easyy :)

  • Hey, I'm doing a drum cover of this soon.. I hope you don't mind me borrowing the part where you do the 16th notes on the high-hat :D

  • the hi-hat pattern isn't 8th notes all the way through. It's broken up and actually a very difficult pattern to play.

  • how can you play with your toms so slanted i....well i guess everyones different

  • hey can you give me the tabs for this song please

  • @thepack20...you are absolutely correct, jimmy is actually doing a weird linear beat and is actually one of the hardest drum beats to play by the pumpkins.

  • nice kit man.i use a beginner kit as the funds a bit low.must coustomise.fuckin recession

  • @xRAWHBAYYx the kick throws you off? wow... i picked up the kick pretty easily, maybe it was just really predictable to me

  • @jezzon2376

I wrote that awhile ago :P. I have this song now, thats when I first began playing haha

  • Thank you mate!

  • Yeah, and I don't know why you would search a drum cover that's so montonus.

  • min 3 00 ???? y porque invento en el minuto 2 31 ???

De resto esta super bien la cancion XD

  • Sorry to rain on your parade, but it's actually NOT as easy as everyone is making it out to be... Listen very carefully to the bass drum and specificially the hi hats. He's not playing 8th notes on the hi hat throughout the song at all. Listen CAREFULLY ;)

    Good job though.

  • @thepack20 exactly look at my cover of the song and you'll know what he means

  • @thepack20 totally agree with i learned to play this song and its not as easy as it seems

  • @thepack20

wow i just noticed this. i hear it as being on the & of beats one and two (1st measure), then downbeat of one, & of two, & of four (2nd measure). funny how that works leaving notes out...you are doing less but it is actually harder, lol

  • yu know this has to be one of the funniest things to see...I'm a drummer to but even I wouln't do a cover of this only because its such an incredibly easy song to play...a 10 year old could play it...it one f..in' conttinuous beat..how hard is it to play that...sorry dude but it is an easy song..I feel sorry for me an all the other people that were dumb enough to watch this video of one continous beat...I give this rating a 3 for effort out of...100

  • good job man !! thats amazing one :)

  • thanks man!

  • gd job, probs the easiest song to play by pumpkins but it tires u out quite a bit, but still gd job

  • Yeap, it's a very simple yet a bit boring song to drum to cause of the same pattern all the way.

    Thanks for dropping by!

    Cheers!

  • I suppose you can`t have mad drum soloish fills in all the songs :P It`s just how the song it played as a group

    Great cover!

  • Thanks mate!

  • Ok, I'm a shitty bass player... But, I could have sworn there was more to the drum side of this song than that! I gave Jimmy C more credit than he deserved on this song

  • Hehe, i could have sworn that too when i was just a plain listener. But when i started to listen to the song carefully so that i could cover it, i realized how simple it was.

  • BTW, I wasn't trying to dig on your playing. I'd like to see more SP covers from you. You have a great set. I Love when a drummer has more brass than skins.

  • Thanks man! I'll try to make as much covers as i can at the end of this month. (my job contract ends, so i'll be around my drum set more often :) )

  • lol in the begining u were playing to loud off th hi-hat!!

  • Isn't he accenting the high hat throughout the entire original song?

  • Hi! To be honest with you, i don't know that since i'm playing it by ear and not by tabs.

    Thanks for your comment!

    Cheers

  • yeah I think so.

At the "AND" at the end, like most do.

its a drop right? He did it once I think.

  • I just sold my roland drum set, and I've really taken a liking to the look of your kit. What sized cymbals do you use? I've already bought a new beat 15" hi hat, but I'd like to know what china/crash(es)/ ride(s) to purchase. Thank you!

  • Hi, from left to right you can see:

    14'' Zildjian ZXT Solid Hi-Hats

16'' ZIldjian ZXT Medium Thin Crash

    14'' Zildjian ZXT Thin Crash

    14'' Paiste PST5 Mini China

    20'' Zildjian ZXT Medium Ride

I've also ordered a 10'' Zildjian ZXT flash splash which will be here this week probably. All of these cymbals are great value for money in my humble opinion, unless you are a rich man :), then you should go with zildjian A's or K's.

  • P.S: You can see that i use smaller dimensions cymbals due to lack of space for my setup, so i f i could change anything at all, i would also buy a matching 18'' crash cymbal for deeper tones.

    Hope that helps!

  • i also use zxt's. 14 in hihat, 16 medium crash. haha rad!

  • Yeap, great value for money!

  • damn your good! every time i try this song i always get bored and mess up.

  • Yeah, it's a bit boring , i even thought to add some crash hits so that i won't fall asleep :P

  • This song is DOPE!

but i guess it may be a little boring on drums

but its a cool song to just relax and think about old times

  • Yeap, it does bring back memories from the 90's! Thanks for the comment!
