you should try float fishing, far more sensitive and effective. and never impale your roe bag, sew the hook just under a few fibers of the sack keeping the hook tucked along the side of the bag without poping any eggs

why not just take a sweing needle and with your lead attached to it and impale the puff ball? we use roe with i guess "mini" puff balls in the roe bags with alot smaller hooks and just hook em through where they were tied. but to each there own right....still enjoyed watching the vid just figured id add my 2 cents

@JimmyD952 i use netting for my roe and i add a few small foam balls so it floats.

fish it with a carolina rig and you slam the steelies nearly every cast...
