  • Is it for windows 7 working ?

  • 1. This is on the internet not your computer.

    2. Just type "telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl" at the Run prompt.

  • whole star wars movie

  • how long is the vid?

  • Congratulations, your the proud owner of a spamming paperweight.

  • smart one guys, dont do this, i did it and lost everything its a virus

  • @gimmedatcape liar

  • Dude there is No such thing as a hidden moive on xp ur just connecting to a sorce which is a moive in text

  • This is NOT in the windows OS, it's connecting to another site on the internet,

    which is a major risk.

Try doing this without the internet browser on....see, told ya.

  • I likew this better than the actual episode iv of star wars

  • awesome

  • could not open connection to the host? help

  • the same thing is happening to me!

  • omg so awsome

  • I did it. I wasn't gonna watch it all the way through, no way!

  • Dude, it's not on your PC, it's on the internet. Disconnect from Internet and see if you can watch it then :)

  • not an easter egg! n00bs, 1 it would be copyright infringement and 2 it is a telnet server. it is so obvious and I even know the site of the creator if anyone is interested. If you really think it is on your pc, try disconnecting the internet and THEN doing it.

  • I cry for the generation that think this is Windows and not telnet related.

  • telnet go on the internet and use it to see the movie (LOL)

  • it's not hidden, Telnet is like wat they had before the internet artards. And mine will work on my old computer but not on vista

  • @talktome183 It works on Visa.. You just need to activate Telnet first. Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows Features on or off, then select both Telnet tick boxes. Takes long time tho.. x.x

  • Wow! I can't believe it!

    This is too funny!

  • This is not a hidden movie !.

Telnet is a program that allows you to connect your computer to another computer/server to send and receive data.

The command listed in this video connects your computer to a server running the ascii star wars movie.

You should be very careful with this, linking your pc to another pcs on the internet is a major security risk.

  • That is true indeed, this shows how easy it is to trick this new generation of users

  • wow i did it lol

  • This guy is a complete idiot. does anyone here have common sense of telnet? no?... you all suck..

  • cough....cough.....not on windows...cough...cough. Serously, it's just connecting to a server through telnet.

  • I wouldn't do this, first of all you should look up what Telnet is.

This makes you a terminal of his server.

  • It says "So long and thanks for all the fish"

OMFG HITCHHIKERS GUIDE TO THE GALAXY

  • OHMYGOD 5/5 THAT IS SO COOL

  • ming says connect failed

  • lol

  • Try doing that when you're not connected to the internet.

  • is their any other vids u can find like that

  • Hidden? Are you kidding me... If it would have been hidden would I have been forced to use telnet to a different computer somewhere in netherlands? Seriously doubt that... Thought it was kind a cool but it's not hidden in windows...

  • I love star wars...and hidden shit...but is this the WHOLE of A New Hope...if so...Im gonna have something to do at 4 am in the morning when insomnia strikes :D
