Am a resident in Riyadh. For Saudi people this is a normal thing. While i was going to drop a friend of mine to his home i saw a saudi standing in the Dust and drinking Tea. Their Dress is made for like this climate. In the olden days people used to move through the desert on camels and they used to face like these storms. So this is not a big deal for the Arabs.
