Many people do not understand that just because something is american doesnt mean its better than something made in a different country. Its all a question of weapon lobby. If a weapon / armor factory has better connections with the government officials, they will use their vehicles and guns in order to keep the status quo, no matter how poorly they may serve on the field. its a LIGHT-ARMORED car, not designed go one on one with tanks. its designed for certain purposes and this vehicle answers all the expectations. btw there are Anti-tank rounds, Anti-Air rounds. in war almost every vehicle+system+weapon is counter acted by another vehicle+system+weapon.

simple; AA systems> Fighter jets > assault chopper > any kind of armored vehicles > <(AT weapons supported infantry)infantry

@tzicka82 show some facts..during the war only two were lost in actual combat. one was hit in a rear with a 14.5mm KPVT heavy machinegun that has x2 the energy of 12.7mm, and another one either blew up on a mine or got hit with an RPG in the front wheel. one was captured intact, i thing they ran out of diesel, so that doesnt count as battle damage. should have blown that one up, or wired it with some mines so stupid marauding fucks like ruskies would bleed.
