@CynicalVision No, however you can argue your point since there is a scene like this when the 2 X-71 Shuttle's take off, but Armageddon was made in the 90's, to be exact in 1998. This launch was from 2009.

Nighttime launches are positively the best ones to watch! There is nothing like it in the world. If you ever see one in person, it's something you'll never forget. Fabulous video!
