  • He's trying so hard to not laugh.

    So good

  • i wish they would collaberate again

  • WISH I WAS THERE SOOOOOOO MUCH!

:::: MIKE PATTON IS A GENIUS.

  • This must have been such a great new year's eve party..:) Wish I had been there...

  • Is there anything this man can't do? The answer would be no.

  • Patton has the Midas Touch.

  • justin timberlake himself is a little too light for me but i would listen to this if he recorded it on cd , mike patton you fucking genious

  • Timberlake is laim singing his song. MP being fun and sexy - Like I Love You!

  • i saw this concert, jello fronted melvins, he jumped of stage knocked a few people over and we had a hard time picking him up, confetti at midnight, it was awesome... the whole show flowed. justin timberlake cover, faith no more cover (malpractice) and the ep? what could be better, i am telling you this is the best quality i have heard. aside from the show. i wish there was a disc or dvd with greater quality, but it will always be in my mind.

  • I can't believe that new DEP singer tried to do any Patton stuff, it's embarrassing... THEY WERE A GREAT BAND, Dimitri and Adam, i'm a Patton freak and i was hesitant, but that was great, then THIS DUDE - they should change the name

  • @bobethe Whatever dude, Mike Patton is amazing, Dmitri was amazing, and Greg is amazing in his own rights.

  • @bobethe WTF are you talking about? Greg Puciato is fucking awesome. Mike Patton was only a footnote in DEP. It was something to do while they recorded Miss Machine with Greg.

  • @kolektiv7 Yeah, and how great MISS MACHINE was, God, CALCULATING INFINITY to MISS MACHINE, they should have changed their names to Depp Escape Plan or Public Enemies... whoever writes the words is using poetic lyrcism when Adam used poetry and Dimitri, with his style, somehow fit that into what he did, I thought Greg found his own on IRE but on OP the song WIDOWER and you tell me he's a god and he can do anything he wants? ha, you hear him do the Patton stuf ,HA HA HA

  • @kolektiv7 Patton was more than a footnote sold a lot for them &made them bigger &no one forgets that EP -what he did was better than anything Greg will EVER do... i like some stuff of IRE and OP, i've grown to appreciate what they are now but DEP was groundbreaking when now they sound just like Bring me the Horizon, Inhale/Exhale, Number 12 looks like you, Greg can't do anything near the brilliance CALCULATING was and as for Patton, why's Greg copy off him all the time now then?

  • @bobethe

I agree with you when Patton was more than a footnote for DEP (i am a Patton fanatic), but give Greg some fucking slack! Calculating was a great album, but if DEP were like that forever and were just putting out albums like that, it would be pretty fucking boring after a while. Greg and Dimitri are good singers in their own right. and Greg does not rip off Patton. Greg even said he likes Patton's work ethic better than the singing. So just give DEP some slack, theyre doing just fine

  • @bobethe They sound NOTHING like Bring me the Horizon. I respected your opinion up until that statement. I understand if you like Patton better than Greg for Dillinger (even though I disagree), but saying that they sound like BMTH is like a kick in the balls.

  • @williewpg I do agree yet i brought them up for the fact that the formula is now being copied which you can't argue. i'm a patton fan but was against him doing anything with DEP. I thought Greg found his own at Ire Works 1 prob w/ new album - piano song. They are a completely different band though - Calculating Infinity to OP. Used to be poetry - now poetic lyricsm and a PETA 2 card w/ the album? DEP was something very different, now they don't stand out too much

  • He's fucking great! He can sing everything he wants, he's a god. End of discussion!

  • <3!

    que hombre!

  • oh sweet lord xD

  • no hay que tirar para abajo a justin timberlake es un gran artista, pero patton es un genio

  • Creo que hasta ahí queda la carrera de Justin Timberlake...patton lo humillo, tremenda voz de este hijo de perra!!

  • He's mocking people but at the same time he's being serious. Mike likes lots kinds of music, he likes Slayer and Pantera, but he also likes Enio Morricone, Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé. What's the big deal? He's never done anything disappointing musically, and he has even make this song bearable. He can sing italian love songs but he would also spit in all of your faces if he saw some of your close-minded comments.

Mike fuckin' Patton is God, period.

  • @rockforchoicee why do you know what patton likes?

  • @hamburgler124 It's what he says he likes. He talks about his musical preferences very often in interviews.

  • @rockforchoicee

he would more likely spit your face for being self important, also some of his stuff is a let down. no ones perfect and he's not god so take his dick out your mouth.

  • @skcusnosliw Sounds like you need to take "god's" dick out of your mouth, at least Mike Patton is real you fucking douche.

  • @Euclid218

douche, what are you? 12? only idiots use that word.

  • @Euclid218

did you actually read the comment i responded to? or did you decide to just wildly insult me even though i showed no disrespect to patton. Every word you posted here makes you sound like a stupid cunt!

''at least mike patton is real'' state the fucking obvious why dont you

  • @skcusnosliw Actually, no, I did not read the comment you responded to, because I do not care. And yes, I did just decide to insult you. You see, I don't care what any of you people say because you are all a bunch of morons. I merely glanced among the last handful of comments and saw that you were clearly emotionally involved with the fellow, so I decided to get involved. Your opinion does not interest me in the slightest.

  • @skcusnosliw I do however find it hilarious that you state that my words make me sound like a stupid cunt. Did you even read any of your responses? You have the etiquette of a palsy victim. Apparently you don't think before you speak or maybe you're just still struggling with the concept of walking upright, let alone typing your thoughts . Can you feel how worked up you got just reading my response. I'm still laughing, and you, my friend, are the stupid cunt. Conversation over.

how does it feel to be a pawn on my chessboard?

  • lol people taking this cover seriously

  • Always Mocking People! Love it.. General Patton

  • is it me or does mike patton NOT age

  • no dude, he doesnt, that guy is inmortal!

  • @nouseforanavatar he still looks really great but if you check out his early f.n.m days he was a baby than looks like this a kid, like a kid just out of his teens, very different, i think he got better looking later

  • @nouseforanavatar i think your right...hes the youthful rocker for enternity

  • @nouseforanavatar

You should find a video from the 90's and watch him...I think he does, despite the fact he's a god^^

  • @nouseforanavatar Neither does the bassist that performs with him. (In Bungle, Fantomas, and Moonchild)

  • This song with Patton's voice is fucking great!

  • sense of humour is the best kind of knowledge and tolerance

  • @Datacaust You did notice the description where it says this is a "Justin Timberlake cover" right?

This is played more as humor/parody as is a custom with Mike Patton to play covers of current pop tunes during his live shows with Bungle, FNM, or any one of his other 15,000 bands

  • yes i did notice its a cover no i dont only like calculating infinity I dont care if its a parody cause it sounds like shit and does not represent DEP's talents or style very well IMO the only reason i can imagine people think this song is good is because they are probably timberlake fans sorry just what i think Mike Patton is probably great at doing his own it just doesnt work well with dillinger of course this is all IMO so shit talk me if you like

  • @Datacaust....just shut up, obviously your one of those elitist types who throw their dummy every time they hear Milk Lizard, Setting Fire To Sleeping Giants, or Unretrofied. I'm sure the band had fun doing this, and didn't regret it for one second.

And it does in fact show perfectly the skill that DEP have, in regards to the sheer versatility of their musical abilities.

  • Really? Are you one of those guys that only like Calculating Infinity?

  • awile ago the rest of this show was online, then for whatever reason it was removed. If someone so happens to have the videos of the rest of this set, could they please post em? I think that would be a very good thing.

  • Yeah!

  • he can sing anything!

  • lovin this

  • The shit!

  • lol bed wetter
