@WinxFloraFan1 from what I can see from this video is that she cuts out some card to the shape it is, then uses grout + spray water to smooth it around the card, lets it dry, paints and adds the accessories to it with glue and then adds the clasp to the back.

Thats what I saw through her other tutorials, so I am guessing its that.

But I have a question.. Cuz I was thinking of trying to make Sailor Cosmos staff. But to do something extremley skinny like that, what would you use? Wood, sculpy, grout?

using a plastic pole or something like that would work well too

its easy to attatch things to, and then you know its entirely staright XD
