could you tell me what restaurant that is? I am planning a trip in November, hope to snowboard, whale watch and see the northern lights. Heard Tromso was a great place for all 3!!!

That is cafe Sånn. It's in the city centre at the KulturHuset (culture house) building, across the cinema and the library. Tromso is so tiny I am sure you wont miss it! :)
