@jarrod989 ok sorry when i posted this i didnt know but i ended up finding it out..............also in 900 years the world might possibly not be here and we'll be LONG dead.
I am a fan from the UK and forever regret missing the opportunity to ride an RDC days before the cessation of mainland passenger operations was announced (by which time I was back in the UK).
When visiting, I always contacted operations to find out any special activities and the staff were always fantastic to not only tell me likely train times but also the best locations for photos and even on one occasion inviting us to tour a yard - just because we were fans and so were they.
I LOVE U BC RAIL!!! im going t obuy some bcr locomotives on wednesday i ordered 5 for ho scale ... does anyone think bc rail will ever start up again?
@keytonsgangsta no unfortunatly bc rail is gone forever and will never return but cn still runs the track and locomotives so you can still remember them
Well, if you're going to call CN a multinational, you have to admit BCR did consulting work overseas, too.
But Campbell either didn't realize or didn't give a crap how much BCers cared for their own railway. All he wanted was to cash out an "asset" that cost millions of tax dollars a year.
I understand the reason for it, but it still sux. 8-(
How would anyone know- the details of the sale aren`t public. By the way both BC Rail were formerly owned by the public- Regardless- the Basi-Virk trial will eventually reveal what was going on, and in my view- it won`t be pretty.
well at least in 900 years we will get it back from CN, CN only has a 900 year lease

It's not Canadian National, it is Cannibal National. CN hasn't been Canadian since they broke with the government.
