I built a mall it has a furniture store an electronics store a matress store a statbucks coffee a huge bathroom a food court and the top of the place was a huge hangout on the roof I put tiles on the top as a second story instead of a roof. It turned out awesome.

@sseptony you can get money on sims by holding ctrl and shift and c till you get a little bar, then you type rosebud;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;­!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;! (until you run out of space) ...if you stick and random letter on the end it will say "no cheat" but will continue to add money till you have $9 999 999 simoleons....enjoy! :)

I used hypercam in this video, it records anything on your screen. Set where you want to record and press the key to start/stop. There are other programs you can use that are made specifically for games, such as fraps, gamecam, and xfire.

I think you can select on the neighborhood screen to evict a family. Then they will go into your family pile and you can move them wherever you want. They'll keep the money from selling the house.

Small houses are fun too. Especially with 8 person families. Or one guy living in a phone booth. The game becomes way too easy if you have more than one sim working even the lowest-paying job in a family less than 8 people. You simply get too much money.

I used cheat codes to get the money to build these, but I remember that military starts with the highest wages and tops off with the lowest overall, while entertainment starts off low and ends up very high, $1000+ or so.
