When I have random food cravings, I just try to find a game or something to keep me occupied. Boredom is often confused with hunger. If in 20 minutes I still want food I give in and eat a light snack.

For example, any skill in a health profession, or legal, or many technical skills would improve your job marketability. Cravings will always be there. The only thing that might be helpful is, I chew gum and suck in mints. That is the only thing that helps me. LOL it is true, that way I am able to lose weight without crashing.

I saw your last video, (I notice it's ben taken off now). I understand a lot of the problems your going through, Cashflow and jobs is a big issue. You might consider Trans friendly jobs. Hairdressing can be an interesting fall back. Even ifyou volanteer to brush the floor until you learn the basics. Tell them right out your transgendered you want to go full time and you ight be suprised (so high brow salons might be better than mamma & pop operations.). Other than that look at second life!

For example, any skill in a health profession, or legal, or many technical skills would improve your job marketability. Alternatively, start your own business, and then you're the boss and you do the hiring. What business, depends on what is in demand and what you're interested in.

Jess....your voice is fine. You do have guns but those will be very hard to lose. Muscle mass loss requires no use or starvation. No use would be super slow and may never drop to a feminine look that way. You have a very pretty face.

Eat what you want, just eat a little!

Cravings will always be there. The only thing that might be helpful is, I chew gum and suck in mints. That is the only thing that helps me. LOL it is true, that way I am able to lose weight without crashing.

Try to remember that it is all a process. And try not to judge yourself so harshly. That's the one piece of ''womanhood' I don't wish for anyone else -- regardless of how you came to the state of being a woman.

I saw your last video, (I notice it's ben taken off now). I understand a lot of the problems your going through, Cashflow and jobs is a big issue. You might consider Trans friendly jobs. Hairdressing can be an interesting fall back. Even ifyou volanteer to brush the floor until you learn the basics. Tell them right out your transgendered you want to go full time and you ight be suprised (so high brow salons might be better than mamma & pop operations.). Other than that look at second life!
