his wife and family stayed overseas because Hugh was never confident that the show would take off like it did and was afraid that if he brought them all over and the show failed then he'd have to try to take them all back :(

I know that, but after a year or two, when the show obviously was a hit, they could have come over or something. He says that they don't wanna do it because of the kids having their friends and being in a band and all, but isn't he more important then all that!!?? And kids adjust so quick anyway..... Anyway, it's their decision, but I find it a bit sad for him. Just saying that I would do it differently....

I think one have to take many people's life, fortune and happiness in consideration, and that is what Laurie and his wife apparently did. Personally I believe that the older children gets, the bigger grows the risk that they will find it hard adjusting. His children were in their teens, close to them, already then.

Of course you can have your own opinion! They made that decision and that´s what they are happy with. Just read the comment from Alhammadi666 saying that his wife lives with him in LA now... I don´t think that´s true... But anyway, I just hope for him that he is happy and that his marriage will survive everything (him being away, and Lisa having a HUGE crush on him...) Well, we will never know the real story unless he tells it himself...

its totally wrong to say that hugh shud ditch his wife but tbh i think lisa and hugh look AMAZING together and.. even though it may be "disrepectful" i think hugh and lisa shud get together cause they look alot happier together than hugh looks with his wife. 1:10<<< hugh and lisa look like a proper couple!! love them both love them even more if they were together!

Who are you talking about? If you are talking about Lisa and Hugh, then no but it sure as heck makes me wonder. He's married but the way she looks at him makes me truly wonder. The last time I saw a female co-star look at her male co-star the way she is looking at him was during "The Nanny" Reunion. Fran looked at Charles with a look that totally went beyond co-stars. Maybe they are just really good friends but it was kind of weird.
Lisa and Hugh do look cute together though. :D

he has been married for 20 years to a woman not in the business. i believe their children are adults now or close to it. i love lisa and hugh, but these videos are very disrespectful. not my business to defend his life though. as far as people saying he and his wife look unhappy together...well that is what is published and what sells. also, who likes to be followed around. at awards shows they seem to be enjoying each other.

Agree completely. I think it extraordinary (in a more negative sense) how one could be able to judge and get the whole picture of marriage and its nature from perhaps, 10 paparazzi photos. I feel slightly ashamed,though, writing these kinds of comments: As nobody here has any right to be the judge of his private life. I find these vids odd and silly, but that's my point of view.

I totally agree! I know that there are many people that would like to see Hugh and Lisa together, but why??? Just because of House and Cuddy?? They forget that it´s a show and that Hugh is married. Even though Lisa makes it very clear how much she likes him(or more), it doesn´t mean that they will get together! Videos like this are strange I think... They can make vids about House and Cuddy, but Hugh and Lisa.... a bit odd...
