  • There are several components to overall fitness which are all important to stay youthful and healthy all your life- but if I had to pick just one- i would pick aerobic fitness like running 3-4 times a week for upwards to an hour long every time- long slow distance as we are biologically designed to outdistance game etc :0 so you will get incredible energy reserves by doing this consistently- start slow and build- no speed- but build endurance for the first 6 mos-2 yrs. first- Blessings- Rebecca

  • PS- Once you get a good endurance baseline over time- you can enter fun runs and meet the others :)))

  • thanks for advice,running is ok,I don't believe in weights.
