The acting is mediocre and the dialogue/writing could use some work, but so it is pretty good. I have seen worse films with larger production budgets/crew/cast/units, that's for sure. This is the same level of a Hollywood B Film(which are pretty cool to watch). I'd give it 4 of 5 stars :)

@CletustheYokel7396 That's true for the new series, but in the original, UNIT was called the United Nations Intelligence Taskforce. However, when the new series was commissioned, the UN said they were no longer comfortable with the association, so the BBC were forced to change the meaning of the initials.

Lots of people don't have house phones anymore. My aunt's family only has mobiles. It can be too expensive to have both.
