You Dumb F**k adjust the seat put the pin in the first hole right under the metal frame of the seat. Who the hell kicks the seat like that. This A** Hole reminds me of the guy that purposely slips on a wet super market floor just so that he can sue.
Iv bin using this machine for like 10 years without problem. either that machine is not regularly serviced or you was just plain careless either way ya can't entirely blame the machine.
This is what happens whe you dont lift properly, or use the equipment as it's designed. YOu can obviously see he's not using the pin, he's not properly seated, he's using the leg to adjust the seat. I've used this particuar piece for over 4 years and never had this problem
umm brah. this machine has no flaws. i dont know how cheap that one was but if you go to a GOOD gym they wont be cheap the one i use. if it was to break id be fucked cuz im going 150 with two arms. have you ever heard the term you get what you pay for? start going to a good gym.
