I miss her.

Actually PLASMATICS started as a PUNK band. On Coup D'Etat, which this track is off, they switched to metal which Wendy continued in a solo career and on to her last album with PLASMATICS (MAGGOTS) which was a cross between the riffs of metal and the speed of hardcore punk =- yet still too metal influenced to be regarded as 'hardcore', which was a totally different genre..

I just play classical music now and I'm not supposed to like this stuff. But I love it. Wendy O is amazing to the point of frightening. Musically it's good too for what it is. But it's a sad story. What foundation did she have after she was finished blowing stuff up and complaining about the culture that gave her the freedom to do it. Just to take care of squirrels? Read about her -- inspiring but heartbreaking. Would make a great movie but no actress could come close to her.
