@Metallifan195 ive heard from people that own earlier version of this guitar and the rg350ex that the rg350ex just cant hold a candle to the tone of just the kh-202. this guitar is the 602 but the 202 is actually right around 500, which, correct me if im wrong, but only like 100 more than the rg350ex. so maybe you should get the kh 202?

@Independentsforlife dude you should get the KH-202. I got it for my birthday a couple of years ago and it was my first 'real' guitar so to speak. I have had it for close to 4 years and it is still a very great guitar and I have had barely any repairs done to it besides changing the locking screws for the floyd.

the esp ltd ec-50 is a cheap guitar but it plays like a high class guitar the sastain will laste forever with it

That's why sustain isn't that great, I recently played on the KH-602, mounted with EMGs, sounds perfect :)

I got this guitar, and its good. I suggest to install different pickups unless u want a really warm sound. One problem is that it still can go out of tune, even with a floyd rose, so just be aware. Im putting blackouts in mine

@stickanimationcgp yep esp got cheap and removed the real floyd rose and but a shitty licensed one and replaced the emg_hz with shit lh-301 pickups i suggest to people who want to get the kh-202 save up 50 bucks more and get a esp m-300 emgs 81/81 same specs as the kh-2 and kh-602

Esp and ltd is slightly the same as gibson and epiphone, esp is like THE guitar, ltd is a cheaper version made in japan, often with a rip-off floyd rose if it has that, and maple wood instead of alder og mahogny or whatever the guitar is made of, but esp is basicly the same as ltd, the only difference is the type of build, it's the same guitars, but just for the ESP brand, it's just get's raises the price with 5k instead of making it cheaper, is the ltd does

I think it is, I have one too, and it plays really great. The sound is good too (EMG pickups, humbuckers offcourse), it has 24 frets and a floyd rose tremolo. :) I don't know how much it costs there, but here the cheapest one (new) was 540 euro's, but it's definatly worth it.

Been playing guitar for about 5 months, only just looked at this solo though - incredibly easy to play at around that skill level, took me around 2 hours to play it well, still need to practise around the end bit but yeah, very easy solo if you've got the basics of alternate picking, bending, sliding, hammering on and pulling off :)

depends. This is quite an easy metallica solo, only took me a few hours to get the basics down. But some like MOP take months, Kirk's pentatonic runs can be a bitch.

yes to all, it's excellent for the money, amazing and built for hard rock. I have had this guitar since september and i still love it to this day i play metallica all the time and i play priest and it sounds great especially the emg pickups. well reccomended.

the KH-202 is made of out Basswood (the body) and a rosewood fretboard. note that pickups have a lot to do with sound aswell.
