My mum's funeral service was yesterday and I chose this song to be played but sung by Johnny Mathis. My dad was very touched by it. I think everybody shed a tear as mum came into the chapel.
@dundonian35 I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I've found through losing my mother, father then my beautiful wife, all within the space of 2 years, that while they leave us physically, they live on in our hearts through treasured memories. I hope that will be the case for you and your dad.

Im looking to be a doctor of internal medicine or a computer programmer and thats alot of work, sometimes you wonder if all the stress is worth it in the end. I wish i were like you, happy.

@jkilts Thanks for your good wishes. We were married a few months short of 40 years. We met as teenagers and married one week after my 18th birthday. I still miss her dearly.
