Once again, this guy makes it much more difficult than it needs to be. I used to live on Alaskan salmon (and practically nothing else) for months at a time. The easiest way is to weave small, thin green leafy branches together into what resembles a large lacrosse stick. Lay it down on the bottom of the stream and wait for the fish to pass over it. Lift. Eat.
