No. Not airplanes. i could see strobes of planes on final approach to SEATAC from Bellevue that night. These were a variety of non-strobed lights at a variety of altitudes traveling together. The final light traveled at a very high rate of speed (faster than any commercial aircraft) to catch up to the other lights.

their called airplanes. i live near here. Seatac airport and Boeing Field are were they are heading to land. nice try
