Sucks you have so many problems with your system.. i bought my ps3 for 125.00 new and it broke.... I have had my 360 since 2005 and i have never had a problem with it... i also leave it on all the time to.... i had 3 xbox 360's when they came out after the 3rd i started taking them apart and now i know everything of the system. yet i have not had a problem for 4 years now next time check the ver os the system when it was made it's located on the back of the system good luck
