i was wondering that myself, so were the kids as evident but the look they gave the cameraman... it's not normal to go around taping random kids then posting the footage on youtube....
Hasidic jew kids are always sickly it pisses me off take your kids to the doctor geez,I see them all the time in Lakewood NJ and I stay far away from there parents who cant drive at either.
