There was alot of abuse towards Jim,when he was accused of indecent exposure,which I don't beleive,"they" wanted to destroy him,for saying things they didn't like and they did. It was so sad how "The Doors" were destroyed,but their great music is not forgotten. They are the best. There will never be another band as good as they were.

It is well known that Morrison was quite influenced by the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche and the poet Charles Baudelaire. You'd have to read them to understand a little of the Morrisons' poetry. Moreover, they used to write not always clear metaphors, which makes a poet usually wrongly interpreted.
