What a tosser, that 106 driver went out of his way to avid the Evo's and not even going on the racing line and yet he still has to go in and hit it at about 100mph over the limit. 106's suck but yeah, feel bad for that poor guy.

The Evo was just too intent on chasing down the others, got his line wrong by going in too early, which means coming out early, and didn't allow for the slower car. Whether it should be such a mixed field is another matter, but it was indeed a mixed field and a sensible competent driver would be aware of that. This guy was simply wrong - 100%. With incidents like this I wonder if he ever got the novice cross off his car..

i was there one time it was a jap day...we went with the sidc and they smashed an evo up then too ......think it was a evo 7 .....it cant have been this one because there is a pug on the track ....no eouro cars were on the track that day
He held his line yes but the peugeot was staying out of the way of the faster cars the evo understeered into the peugeot, the peugeot had nowhere else to go, wasn't his fault.
missed the exit, clipped the green with the right side tyres resolving in momentary skid changing direction. With mud on the right side tyres and the driver still trying to power on, the car understeers onto the 106..

Unlucky Simon, very eager to pass and sadly the wrong time to take the opportunity. I do feel very sorry for the poor guy in the 106, but watching the full tension of your battle with the other 2 evo's I can see how the mistake happend. But the most important thing was you both walked away.

I wouldn't be so keen driving a car like Norris's in a field of cars that range from Noddy cars compared with the likes of Norris's car.

His driving is VERY compettive as his car represents his business.
He took a gamble and drifted a bit wide fair cop but i still think it's 50-50

The EVO 10 is £3500 more than the new WRX STi.
Since the STi out of the box is better, spend £3500 on it and it will be immensely better in every detail...
