  • how is this hit training?

  • awfully long time between sets for a drop set ...

  • 'And there's a hot mom." hahaha

  • you look good and your training is fine but this is too fast for HIT and you don't always fully contract at the end or do any negative sets. I am probably sounding like a purist and over-critical but I wouldn't call this high intensity training.

  • and there's a HOT MOM! LOL

  • what is the diference between an abbreviated routine and HIT

  • Thats not high intensity training kid

  • @3.23

I've always like that exercise but I always seem to twat the back of my head while doing it :).

    Skullcrushers are great,

  • Great vid man. When i hit the gym on my back day I do biceps the same day. Alot of back workouts involve biceps. I was wondering why do you hit triceps instead ?

  • @coolhandshiner alot? ALL BACK workouts involve biceps, but I thjink its better doing triceps bcuz ur biceps are already exhausted

  • hey i was looking at this video and noticed the song, is hip hop, please sombody tell me the same of that song please please !! ^^ hehe

  • @paohdz10 Its so much pain by 2pac

  • @coolhandshiner thanks man (Y)

  • How many of you paused to check out that chick walk by lol?

  • dude your a fucking brute. were you always that big naturally or did you have to work for it.

  • @afterthefact15

Thanks man, naw I was skinny and a soccer player until I was almost 18 when I tore my acl. After that I got into weight lifting so I could stay active and have been lifting ever since.

  • @IntenseLifter yeah i play prett hardcore soccer right now all year so its hard to gain weight even though im 200. how long have you been lifting?

  • @afterthefact15

    almost 4 years

  • @IntenseLifter dang, did it consist mostly of HIT or have you done some volume training also.

  • @afterthefact15

Started the HIT about 4 months ago

  • @IntenseLifter you kept the program for more than 3 months?

  • @IntenseLifter Wow that sounds just like me, Although I didn't injure my acl, I tore my hamstring. I went from 6'1 - 160 to 6'3 - 265 in the past 5 years

  • Great video. I would like to know why don`t use a slow cadency in your HIT Workout. Like 2-2-4 for example. I also want to know how many days to you rest after working out (how many times do you go to gym in a week). Thx !!

    Keep the good working !!!

  • @DarknessWill

As far as the cadence goes, I try to use a 4 step cadence:

    1 for concentric (way up)

    1 for isocentric (contraction)

    2 for eccentric (negative)

That is my goal and i am still working on it. However, that is not always possible during heavy compound movements.

I train 4 days a week starting from monday

    on-off-on-off-on-off-on

  • thanks for the tips. what do u do for traps? they look well developed

  • @ZZIBRA

i train traps once per week and alternate between three exercises performing one per workout.

    Either

    barbell shrugs

    reverse barbell shrugs

    seated incline dumbbell shrugs

If your traps are a lagging bodypart I would still suggest training them once per week but maybe performing two exercises per workout. Also doing deadlifts will help with trap development.

  • @IntenseLifter thank you.
