I've got a big old bag of FAS shrimp too, 21-24 count. I love living in Victoria, BC because we get crazy deals on fish all the time! My question is what kind of cheese was that? I can't seem to catch what you said.

Looks awesome! The Peppedew is a new one for me, I will see if they are at our Italian Foods Importer. I have some crazy frozen at sea Wild BC Jumbo Prawns from my brother in-law (ex-fisherman) I will see what I can come up with. Inspired.
