  • Just thinking now this would have been early 1985 as that's when the mini-series went to air. Also the "Nine's for You" campaign was a filler between 1984's "Join the Party" to the start of the 1985 ratings season with "I like Nine".

  • Yes, Paul Griffin with National Nine Headline News. I'll never forget it. Also, this was the first time Nine used Cool Hand Luke on QTQ in 1984.
