I agree with pentogram23 but on the other hand we showed how determined, strong, dedicated to our language and culture, our women were brave, we fought many battles and finally we won the war.

Lot's of ancient , established with their studies and opinions the foundations for so called modern science. Nevertheless there is a big loss of many of their studies (i.e. Democritos and other Pythagoreans).Buildings like Parthenon are there to remind us not only the spiritual evolution of the Hellenes but the technical knowlege and mastery of many sciences combined in ONE.
