We actually do have a precedent for reparations with the Japanese we kept in camps during WWII. But I agree it's impossible to do that with African Americans. This was suprisingly neutral coming from Newt, good job.

The only Japanese Americans who received reparations were those who were physically interned in the camps. Their descendants received nothing. No African Americans living today were slaves. All former slaves are dead. So there's no precedent there.
