  • Toll, und was hat's alles gebracht.... Abertausende tot, gebrandtmakrt, verstümmelt... Krieg ist die Hölle... Aber der gemeine Mensch scheint nach ihm zu dürsten...

  • Stuka's attacks were highly effective in damaging morale. The siren alone, let alone how destructive they were.

  • Stuka's attack is very effective in destroying tanks.

  • Flying death coffins especially later in the war ..

  • They included tankbuster cannons onto Stukas in the Eastern Front

  • @TalonMercenary

Yes, very effective they proved to be as-well.

  • Hide yo kids, hide yo wives STUKA !

  • I wish some foundation would go ahead and digitally remaster all those newsreels.

  • war is the only reason we have this good technology

  • @VideoGamerize Yeah it's kind of ironic how we are at our most innovative when we are trying to kill each other

  • @25195287

    I wouldn't call it ironic.

  • war is horrible

  • @33049156

Humanity is horrible then because war was, is and will always be until humanity ceases to exist.

  • sieht beeidruckend aus, wenn das Stukageschwader nach links in den Angriff geht

  • Go and kick Soviet asses!!!! >D

    STUKA bomber FTW!!!

  • @TUB3CLIPS ironic that soviet union won.

  • Prey for allied fighters :}

  • who is the winner of wwii? honest answer plz

  • @msn4n the allied (America,Britain,Canada and other)

  • @KIttimethee4 . hahaha........... and USSR?

  • @msn4n today no body facing the truth, lie every where. keep it up.

  • @msn4n I forgot hehehe...

  • @msn4n URSS

  • @msn4n Jews

  • @msn4n

Hmm... Germany was defeated. England and France involved on behalf of Poland, but it wasn't a free country until late 1980s. USSR won... sort of, only it wasn't the victory they planned, and actually USSR never really recovered from damage of WWII, finally dissolving in 1991.

So... I don;t know, US and some minor "part time" participants like Argentine etc.

Then there are "neutral" countries like Sweden, who benefited from war.

-It's not about victory, it's about survival-

  • @SwineNahNah Meth9inks that USSR profited most at the end of ww2

  • @uzickimajmunac

Basically, yes, but since already ineffective Soviet economy was further pressed by unbearable military spending (nobody really knows, but it was somewhere between 25-40 or even 50% of the budget) it did them no good anyway.

  • @msn4n the honest answer is no one won the war but hopefully everyone involved has learned some lessons because of it.

  • when stuka attacks hide your ass into a bunkier

  • @dariuszryngwelski my grandpa said in cefalonia was horrible, stukas went around always...during the day and the night....

  • stimmt allerdings :)

  • what's that music? wagner?

  • alter sau schwul "deutsche wochenschau" :D

  • @kiddyboxx es kann ja wohl kaum englische wochenschau heißen -.-

    genie

  • @Messerschmidt210 ja ach nee aber hört sich trotzdem scheiße an

  • @kiddyboxx warum?

ist immerhin auch ziemlich lange her

  • I shat my pants just listening to it :/

  • I love the Air Force and Royal Air Force, but I do not like appliances and fighting style of the Luftwaffe

  • what's this music?

    wagner?

  • I don't know what the narrator's name was but he always sound possessed in the newsreel clips. A true Nazi.

  • the luftwaffe was good, until the US joined the war

  • @Mills117 What an asshole..........go read a book, or even better, go drink your milk kid

  • @excl0213 really? cause its true

  • @Mills117 USA=Quantity, not quality

    Deutchland=Quality not quantity

  • @excl0213 really? what do you call the p-51? crap?

  • @excl0213 In what? Airplanes?? That's not quite true. The Germans were very innovative in new technologies but all in all the Quality of US-Airplanes was the same. Sometimes even better.

  • @Delor75 In everything, US GI´s=bad, tanks=bad, airplanes=bad(specially vs the ME262). Oh, BTW, is US quality better agaisnt the german jet planes?

  • @Mills117 HAHAHA YOU COCKY KID the american planes got ripped into by the Luftwaffe your planes had you countries down fall written all over them, too much power, the spitfires and the hurricanes did the best when it came to fighter planes then it was the Messerschmidt and way down the line america's planes, the one thing america did for the allied cause and not your own cause was bring shermans in i will give you that the US stood no chance against any of Germany's forces

  • @tracker2241 and also the front line where the british where and all that where fine but where the americans where, it was usually thinned

  • @tracker2241 shermans were terrible. and if we didn't do so well against the luftwaffe then why was it pretty much non existent at the end of the war

  • @Mills117 the shermans where good with the naval and air support we (allies) gave them and the RAF was far mare than no existent at the end of the war, unless the end of the war was 1942, it picked it self up during the blitz and gained control over British airspace thats why we where still in the war and pulled of things like overlord and marketgarden with the americans, look up more of the british RAF during ww2

  • @tracker2241 i was talking about the luftwaffe not the RAF?

  • @Mills117 due to the british air superiority, the americans ground forces where far better than there air

  • @tracker2241 the US had an air force just as good as the RAF if not better

  • @Mills117 if you think the U.S.A.F was better than the R.A.F you've got some serious research to do, You had more numbers but we had the skill, planes and focus to take out a whole group of bombers backed up by fighters and only lose 2

  • @tracker2241 not only did we have to fight in the European theater, we had to fight in the pacific as well. which means completely different tactics and adaptions to new planes. RAF didn't have to do this.

  • @Mills117 true, that is true and thats most likely why we excelled in air combat in europe, the spitfire was the best plane by fact i world war 2 and when it was backed up by a hurricane they where the best fighting group in the air, The british beat you in air abilities by miles, the are you excelled in was mainly an overwhelming number of tanks on the western front (even do one Churchill would wipe the floor with 5 shermans), you ability in the pacific was outstanding giving the circumstances

  • @Mills117 but that was mainly to do with you ground and naval, in fact i actually dont recall any american fighters engaging luftwaffe, but thats properly because ive never really been interested in the american air force

  • @tracker2241 wow you think we never engaged the luftwaffe? we even had a all black division called the Tuskegee airmen that fought over europe. VERY RARE for blacks to have the right to fight in the air force. most of the time they were just given jobs such as a cook

  • @Mills117 no i never said the american air force didn't engage Germans, just that i'm not that interested in the American air force, the British interests me much more

  • @tracker2241 you just said i dont recall the americans engaging the luftwaffe?

  • @Mills117 no i know they did its just in my memory i dont have any record of the battles that took place

  • @tracker2241 its not like the british did all the fighting? if it wasn't for the US joining the war the british might of had to surrender. they weren't doing to well in 1941 and russia wasn't going to help u

  • @Mills117 britian didnt do all the fighting no, but we did the majority of it when it was in the air, and you would of come in at your own accord if we where going to surrender, and not have waited till you got bombed by kamikazes and Russia was actually one of the reasons why we won WW2

  • @tracker2241 we didn't have to fight at all if Germany was really threatening to us. Japan was our war to fight not Germany

  • @Mills117 Japan was an ally of Germany thats one of the reasons you helped us

  • @tracker2241 allies? not really. did germany send troops to the pacific? did japan send troops send troops to europe? nope they fought there own battles.

  • @Mills117 my god, the 3 axis powers Italy, Germany, japan idiot, HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT, japan bombed america at Hitlers command, Hitler had plans to meet with Japanese troops in Russia that's why he attacked it, seriously brush up on your knowledge, cause you clearly have no idea

  • @tracker2241 you think i dont know the three axis powers? really? and you think hitler DEMANDED that japan bomb the US? they did it because we cut off there supply line of oil after they invaded china and they were in desperate need of oil

  • @Mills117 All the Axis powers where allies. That's why i assumed you didn't know cause you said japan weren't allies with Germany, Hitler said for the Japanese to bomb the Americans as they where supplying the British in the war effort, He thought that that air raid did more damage than it actually did and thought america to be out of any form of helping the British. AND the attack was intended as a preventive action in order to keep the U.S. Pacific Fleet from interfering with Japan

  • @tracker2241 i know they were allies but they really didn't help each other at all. (sending troops to europe or asia in support)

  • @Mills117 the plan was for the japs to rally with german forces in a nazi controlled russia, no military contact was to be made before them as the germans had to back up there defenses incase of allied attack and japan was still trying to run and expand an empire

  • @tracker2241 i dont see much of a relationship there. nothing like the US and the UK

  • @Mills117 the germans where going to give total control of asia if the plan succeeds and they where going to help

  • @tracker2241 well they didn't and the plan didn't work out so well

  • The Stuka is undoubtly the scariest plane of WWII. It looks mean and evil, it's shape resembling a flying shark from hell, some pilots even further enhancing that resemblance by painting toothed mouths and eyes on the noses of their birds. And when you add the siren, it becomes quite obvious why the sight of hundreds of Stukas descending upon them sent the Red Army running and crying for mommy.

  • i have this on VHS that was recorded of an original film from WW2

  • all of germany should be made pay for the rest of time. 2 WORLD WARS!!!OVER 100 MILLION DEATHS!there just evil

  • IL-2 showed to Germans who is the BOSS :)))

  • do you think you can translate this?

  • Ich liebe die Musik und den Sprecher der Wochenschau.

  • I prefer to be a part in this Video making I have a lots of knowledge on warfare history and well skilled in Ww2 history. Contact me if you wish my works on your channel its free of cost any way..

  • Herman Goering watched this video 1500 times ! In the original test of the Stuka, the mounting gear for the Torpedo made the awfull siren noise, all by accident. The engineer apologized to Goering by saying: We will get rid of that noise. Goering said: Nein ! Make it LOUDER!

  • its siren sounds just like describing the horrors of war

  • the stuka siren sound like the TIE fighters of star wars saga LOL 0:48

  • @danilpaterno26 I bet you wouldn't say that in such a lighthearted way in you or your family or your country feel victims to those monsters.

  • @gnossticc do not forget that at that time we lived under the dictatorship ....... Star Wars copies perfectly this time with the Second World War .... The Star Wars tie fighter sn perfect copy of the Junkers 87 Stuka and the black death is associated with Bismark

  • @gnossticc

Oh stop crying you child, jesus christ!

Waah, waah. Evil nazis killed my family. You know what? My grandfather witnessed how his friends and family were raped and murdered when they were fleeing from the soviet monsters. But i dont come crying on every opportunity when this subject rises up.

  • @Todesschwadron55 But, do you remember what the SS, the Einsatzgruppe did in russia to their friends and families? Nincompoop!

  • @gnossticc

It's no different from what the US is doing in afghanistan right now. The SS were hunting partisans. Given, the SS were much more brutal in hunting the partisans than the US is. But winning "hearts and minds" was not the goal. Not to mention that the US is also failing with that goal, but thats another subject.

Also lets not forget that millions of russians fought with the germans against the red beast. In germany, however there was nearly no partisan activity.

  • @Todesschwadron55 IF the US is doing the same that's not the subject. The truth is that The Einsatzgruppe were a bunch of murderers.

  • @gnossticc

    Like i said. Partisans.

You can call all soldiers murderers if you have this attitude.

  • @Todesschwadron55 No, the Einsatzgruppe rounded-up and murdered not only partisan but jews. It was an extermination war, elders, childre included. Stop defending Hitler you idiot.

  • @gnossticc

Stop pulling things out of your ass.

The Einsatzgruppe was part of the military police and used solely for the purpose of fighting off partisans. In this process it did come to atrocities and i dont say it was right but saying elders and children were rounded up is stupid and serves no purpose for the war effort. That is nothing but stupid propaganda.

  • @Todesschwadron55 Einsatzgruppe = murderers, period.

  • @gnossticc

That's all you got to say? Weak.

  • @Todesschwadron55 Weren't the einsatsgruppe murderers then? Try to negate that you nazi worshipper!

  • @gnossticc

Like i was trying to tell you if you would like to look up a bit, not anymore as any other soldier is. And i am not saying that soldiers are murderers so no. They arent.

  • @Todesschwadron55 the einsatzgruppen were used for murdering and deporting the jewish population in eastern europe behind the frontlines

that is a fact and can not be negatet

  • @TheLordZhufor

Nothing is fact. And especially not History which is written by the victor.

  • @Todesschwadron55 well in that case it is fact

there are enough existing documents on that

and this is no victor propaganda this is historicly correct

  • @Todesschwadron55 The Einsetagruppe were murderers period! Didn't you know what Karl Hermann Frank did? What Heydrich did? Are you still behind in the news output of half century ago? Not to say that the allies were angels, they were also brutal murderers but hitler and stalin were horrible men!

  • @Todesschwadron55

You wouldn't happen to be a National Socialist would you? Either that or you're bat-crap crazy in a whole different way.

On a more general point, the sound of that Ju 87 Stuka is quite fabulous, though it would be better I think if it were never heard.

  • @LuciusWinslow

National meritocratist, to be exact. But how am i crazy to say that i am offended by this hypocritical crying about so called victims of the national socialist regime when my own people suffered in this war too but THEY do not get any sympathy. To the contrary, they are stigmatized as guilty for the war and the death of everyone in this war which is simply wrong.

  • @Todesschwadron55

Because Germany started it, and Germany was led by Hitler, and Hitler was ELECTED.

Anyway, I think Germany is, on the whole, great. And I have a lot of sympathy for those raped by Soviet soldiers for example. But there's really no getting over the fact that Berlin started it.

  • @LuciusWinslow

    And here we go.

Germany and Hitler did not start world war 2. Hitler was forced to stop poland from keeping on repressing the german minority in the polish occupied territorys and from economically strangulating eastern prussia by revoking transit rights through danzig. Even from todays viewpoint this completely justifys an invasion. And the allies renewed it's pact with poland just before the invasion so they provoced a more aggressive behavior from poland. THEY wanted war.

  • @Todesschwadron55 This is the only truth, well spoken!

  • @Todesschwadron55 Right..... and Britain got involved because the Fairy Godmother told us to...

I don't know whether you actually believe that or are just being deliberately offensive, but either way I'm not going to post more after this, safe as I am in the knowledge that Hitler and all his loathsome little cronies got seven shades of shit kicked out of them, and that the far-right will never, ever rule Germany again.

  • at that time the germans were already out of chances, if the real generals would have taken over the army they could still have 1, but the lazy man adolf hitler thought he could do better

  • Who knows the classic music background the comments?

  • @randowalker

As far as I know one could say, that mainly Chopins `Les preludes´ gave the compositional idea for that music. Goebbels (or better: those, who were assigned to do it) had given order to rearrange the main-themes of Chopins work. I would also estimate, that an UFA-ensemble is heard.

  • 7 People want to download this video but they accidentally click the Dislike Button

  • What a ride the rear gunner would have had to put up with....courageous pilots....

  • Rudel consiguió para la Luftwaffe el más alto honor de toda la IIWW. Un caballero que según su libro autobiográfico, Piloto de Stukas, pudo haber sido encargado de rescatar a Hitler del cercado bunker en 1945. Gloria Luftwaffe. Gloria Alemania

  • thans luftwaffe for losing the war :)

  • I love that siren xD

  • Evil looking nasty piece of work just like the bastards that built it.

  • Stuka is one of my favorites bombers from IIWW

  • @mateuslcr It's funny. IL-2 was better ;)

  • @uef007real maybe in Forgotten Battles lol

  • @mateuslcr Everytime when it comes to dive bombers, the Ju87 Stuka comes to mind.

  • 0:55 ... Stuka with 3x250kg bombs

  • Nettes vid dude! Keep up the good nationalsozialistischen Propaganda videos!

  • It would have been scary as hell to hear that Stuka siren. That was the last sound alot of people heard!

  • @toughload LOL!

  • Second best to the RAF! Rule Brittania!

  • @CMMY81 Yea,Hats off to the Brits handling the Krauts on equal terms in the Battle of Britain

  • @mch295 Yes mate! We are bulldogs you know! We couldn't have lasted though without you Yanks! Best alliance in history! USA and Britain aallies forever!

  • Die Deutsche Wochenschau ^^

  • amazing vid for 70 years old.....die stuka !!!

  • german army 1938- 1941 ...best of all time ...we need another Blitzkrieg

  • Best air forces ! Luftwaffe !

  • Probably the best airforce ever. Luftwaffe!

  • I like Stukas sound like silen

  • sound passt zwar nicht ganz, aber auch egal^^

  • They do a lot of overdubs in the sound track, orchestra, stuka sirens, explosions, commentary - all at the same time. I guess sound had been in movies for about 15 years by then, but still it's impressive.

  • Hans Ulrich Rudel - N 1!!!

  • The sound scared the shit out of people. - Had an very old customer a few days ago. She compared the theft-alarm in the store going of to a StuKa. She: "That noise is horrible. It sounds just... just like a...". - Me, knowing what she was refering to, with a kinda devilish grin: "...StuKa."

  • Sturzkampfflugzeug

  • Great plane, but it didnt win them the war

  • Heil Stuka!!!

  • wir fahren gegen England!

  • The StuKas were TANK-KILLERS!

Not only were they able to to target a single target (like tank) accurately, there also was a StuKa model with a PAK (=PanzerAbwehrKanone=anti-tank gun) in each wing, firing simultanously. The top armor of a tank is usually rather thin. They took out sooooo many russian tanks, where they had air superiority....

  • The forces of diversity crushed the forces of hate!

  • @DeutschwehR You are 100% RIGHT

  • @subscriber77 If you really want to understand WWII better, read "The Chief Culprit" by Viktor Suvorov. Then make your comment.

  • not entirely true many soldiers fought for their families and thier country not hitlers nazi regime the wehrmacht was germanies army, the waffen ss was hitlers army not all were nazi's

  • The Stuka ace Hans-Ulrich Rudel destroyed 519 (!!!) sowjet tanks and 3 sowjet ships and lots of other things (lol)^^.

Imagine one man destroying 500 tanks, thats better than RAMBO (one man against a whole army ;D).

  • "other things" = schools, hospitals, theaters, women, children and old people

  • The Stuka was a sitting duck

  • the bad guys always have the coolest toys...awesome plane

  • espectacular el video

    stukaaaaaa

  • then came the P47s

     lol

  • Even in Call of Duty games, they give you chills down the spine. I love them.

  • yes i´m with you. But the britan airplanes like the supermarine spitfire are cool , too.

  • The J-87 stuka are so cool but in this video u see them only fly normaly

  • yeah,not good propaganda x ), i love the ww2 german airplanes,all

  • Mein opa war so ein pilot und er sagte mir das es im sturzlug sehr schlimm gewesen ist wegen der g-kräfte aber was noch hart war ist, das es beim hochziehen schwarz vor augen wurde

  • Comment removed

  • My grandmother told me, that there was a stuka airbase near where she lived with her parents. The siren sound was annoying.

  • hammer sirene

  • der sound is auch einfach mal pervers geil ! meins wie die sich damals inne hose geschissen haben wenn die den über ihren köpfen gehört haben ....flach auffem boden legen udn beten !

  • my grandpa did battle in poland in the polish army he said to me that he shitted in his pants because of that sound and many more of his troops. he had trauma's for the rest of his life

  • I don't blame him. That sound is deafening. It had a huge psychological impact. I respect your grandfather, often Poland is forgotten for their sacrifice.

  • The Poles fought bravely. A lot of German blood was shed.

  • haha "DA! die BOMBE!!"

  • Love that Stuka siren!!!! Even some the ole allied guys still alive, this sound rattles them still.....nerve racking! Good video!

  • The Jericho Trompeten.

  • hockeydudeluv, wasn't the noise from a diving Stuka caused by the Jumo engine revving up?

  • Maybe some footage from '39, can't tell. But in the close up at
