  • I really need to do a 21 challange as well! But I dont know why I feel I cant do this again? I know I got it in me but my body dont feel right?

  • good luck with your 21 day challenge! leslie sansone is great. i always forget to warm up when i walk. have you ever been to winco?

    i live in washington too and if you've never been there, it's a really low-priced food store and it's amazing the deals you can get there.

  • I went to winco once, and I tell ya, it was the worst experience, I have never been back. I didn't really see outragiously low prices either, so me its not worth it. I keep forgetting your in washington too!  ^^

  • really? well, the one in auburn where i used to live is really bad, i know that much, but the one in marysville, where i'm closer to, that one is nice.

I am SOOOO excited to see how much you're ready to change your attitude toward exercise...maybe i'll do a mini challenge of my own...i will go to the gym every day for the next week! that way we'll be exercising together!

  • You look so motivated and happy....one of the only few who are in this state of mind at the moment I fear. I hope your enthusiasm will transfer to others and lift their spirits.   • What Dvd did you buy? I have like 4 of them. hehe Even though she can get kind of annoying to listen to day after day, but all in all its a great workout.

  • Sure. They say that it takes 21 days to build a habit. And I want a habit of exercising everyday. So I have a 21 day challenge for myself to exercise everyday for 21 days (and hoping longer then that! haha) Also I added Vlogging to the challenge too!!!
