Good stuff, but what get to me is that fact that you can't highlight ALL citations all in one go, you have to highlight as you go otherwise you loose them inthe text, is there a quick way to highlight in one go? Anyone? Anyone at all?

let's say I have a Journal with more authors... Dean, Sean, John...

when I add the citation it should look like this (Dean et al., 2008) how can I do that? with the "et alia"

and it's important that in the end in the bibliography to show all the authors...
