This femnazi who proposes "sexual fraud" laws had better watch out. Because it will bite her in the ass when it is applied to women. Women often marry with the promise of regular sex and then don't deliver. Or marry for money. Or marry and then have kids by men other than their husband. If "sexual fraud" gets into the law, women are going to get stung again and again because they are much more likey to lie and use sex to get things.
In the UK, 7 out of 10 Lawyers are females (I think this is a Family Law statistic). Recent articles in the Daily Mail have said that there are too many Lawyers. 1 to every 400 people higher proportionately than a doctor. Forced-father-absence by UK Family Courts costs the UK economy 13 Billion pounds which increases every year and that is a researched figure I came across over 5 years ago Speaking to one young Lawyer I discovered that also Law Schools and Firms take payment for foriegn students
Got the book on kindle. So far and interesting with clear writing.
I must say that skewed point of view in academia is not only on law, but also on any profession. For example, computer programming academia is very disconnected from performance of real hardware. The result has being that with each generation of programmers making more abstract, slower and bloater software. A similar effect, but that affects our laws is on law academia. Abstracts points of view without real life experience.
2) I think I should still pursue a law degree because the USA needs more libertarian lawyers. If anyone has any other suggestions, feel free to... suggest.
I think the problem is not having lawyers. But having too many lawyers and a law system based 100% on money.
USA has more lawyers, than the rest of the world combined. And the amount of money to be gain by unscrupulous ones is huge. And this, unfortunately, includes judges.
Corrupt law schools?...I've read about that in the declaration of independence...something I recall about Eating Everyone's Substance.
Yeah, Hang the Nazi's.

Did you actually buy the LexisNexis article? I'd love to read it, but I'm not about to pay for it.

Actually ..... I think that America is the only country that has more lawyers than New Zealand per head of population ... and thats only 4.4 million.

It be great if feminists made it illegal to lie.
they'd be ringing their own death knell.

I have two things to say:
1) Women lie for sex too. It's called makeup. lol
2) I think I should still pursue a law degree because the USA needs more libertarian lawyers. If anyone has any other suggestions, feel free to... suggest.

@ARVNpistola313 No, no, please go to law school. You're right. We definitely need libertarian lawyers. Hey, i hope you become a judge.

@pinegrove33
Wow. I appreciate that you have that much confidence in me.
ARVNpistola313 10 months ago
@ARVNpistola313 Make sure to study natural rights. A lot of what you will learn in law school is positivist law which has no logical basis at all.

@PJCelis
Yep. Too bad the Declaration of Independence has no legal standing at all.
