@CaptainAshSpearow actually, they were referring to how Eastman and Laird sold out their comic series about turtle assassins to make way for pizza eating goof balls. I love all incarnations of Turtles, but this is why the first movie was so dark. It was based off what it should have been based off, the bloody comics.

Needless to say, this tour sucked. I saw it as a young kid, Even though i was 5 i knew they weren't the REAL turtles.
