After reading Neon Angel I realized just how much of a survivor Cherie really is. She went through the 9 levels of hell as a teen, and today she can still belt out Cherry Bomb like she did at 15. I adore Cherie Currie and all she gave to music in her days in the Runaways, and I love her carvings. She may have only been in the band 2 years, but her impact is still talked about (and now immortalized on film) today.
