  • @Christina1t 3 times a week, first thing in the morning if possible and again later during the day. Ie: You could do it Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

  • OMG this is so hard. Sarah I subscribed I really need to get rid of my love handles, i am not fat i just want to tone. I did sweat the first 2 minutes and i gave up on the 3rd or 4th min. I dont have much resistance and my heart also started to hurt. Any advice?

  • if you keep doing it everyday... just for as long as you can(even if its only 3 or 4 mins) eventually you will be able to go longer without getting as tired

  • @elchivodelavaca Make sure you're hydrated properly before the workout and drink water during if you have to also be sure to be breathing correctly.

  • Every time I do the workout on real time, I tend to mess up with Sarah when reversing on the last leg workout (fire hydrants.) Hell of a workout though!

  • Well I'm impressed. I'm in a wheelchair so the legs can't come into play like theirs, but I can do the upper body and some of the balancing. This is a pretty good workout.
