I've seen them on sale at Borders which means Amazon should have it as well. I beleive they just also released the complete series in somekind of gigantic box set.

the seasons can all be found in DVD box sets, having 3 primary seasons and very tiny 4th one for the finale.

A animated movie, shown here, comes between seasons 2 and 3.

I was amazed by how good it was, too. I guess (or hope) Michael Bay learned his lesson. The makeover that the Transformers got was spectacular to say the least, although the cheap sex jokes were irritating, but they didn't ruin the whole movie. As a result of ROTF, I never looked at a car the same way again.
