My first relationship was with a half Chinese half Congolese girl from South Africa. We fit together pretty well and cultural stuff never got in the way. We didn't last because our careers took us to different places. Our races, faces, accents, walks, and values were never even on the radar. It wasn't on the radar for our friends and family either.
